This universal flat drop fiber optic cable can have from 1 to 4 fibers and it is reinforced by two FRP fiberglass strength members. It also hasa messenger wire (hanging wire) for extra support and a protectiveplastic outer jacket. Steel reinforced drop cables provide high mechanical protection for the fiber, and they can be used for indoor and outdoor fiber optic applications.
